Teaching traditional Kung Fu & Tai Chi in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere you can be guaranteed all of the benefits of Martial arts training, such as better health, weight loss, greater confidence, a new circle of friends etc. All this can be achieved by being part of an International community of Martial Arts with a recognised training syllabus teaching you all the Self defence and fighting skills of the Masters form throughout the ages. We have been offering Martial Arts in Co. Dubllin since 1984.

As well as our Traditional Kung Fu training we offer training in Chinese Kickboxing (Sanshou) as part of your program. We offer the best value Martial Arts classes in Dublin and you can come along and tryout our classes for a whole week for free!

So you're interested in our classes?
You should visit the club to watch a class before you enrol. You are welcome to call in during normal class times and we suggest you allow at least one hour to observe a class. During your visit an instructor or senior student will be happy to answer questions for you. You can avail of our free trial week if you wish.  This way you can see if what we do at YMAA is for you!  All it will cost you is your time! What do I need to take part in the trail week?
Nothing but some comfortable clothing, indoor training shoes and some water!
