He is sought after by other Tai Chi teachers for his instruction and offers a full and complete Tai Chi Program through the YMAA International Internal Arts Syllabus. Behind him are a great team of experienced students willing to lend a welcoming and helping hand to all newcomers.

There's a free trial class available to anybody who wishes to come along and experience the Classical Yang Style Tai Chi.

Classes are run at the academy in 3 terms over the course of each year, and beginners can start their training or tryout anytime. Classes are held Tuesday evenings at 7.00pm - 9.00pm

Benefits of Tai Chi practice include reduced stress, balancing blood pressure irregularities, increased mobility, flexibility, energy and vitality. There have been many documented reports detailing the benefits of Tai chi practice for sufferers of many ailments, most recently a report from the Tufts school of Medicine explaining how the practice of Tai Chi can ease the pain caused by Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.
