This course will present a broad range of techniques from the 1st level of the Shaolin Chin Na syllabus. This will allow you to work towards becoming a fully qualified Chin Na instructor.
As well as the list of techniques covered below, we will work on the practicalities of the techniques allowing you bring this element of fighting alive!
