1. *Taijiquan, Medium Speed, First Part. Once you have mastered the Taiji solo sequence, you should practice doing the form very slowly to extend your Qi and bring it to the surface of your body and also lead it into the bone marrow. You must also train doing the form faster and faster without losing your concentration on Qi, Jin, and root. Medium speed practice teaches you how to store your Yi, Qi and Jin so that you will be able to apply them in a fight.
2. *Applications of Taijiquan, First Part. There are more than 200 fighting techniques in the solo sequence. You must analyze the form and become familiar with the applications to develop your offensive and defensive knowledge. reverse abdominal breathing helps you to direct Qi to your extremities for martial purposes.
3. *Centering Training. In this training, you must practice with a partner in a high stance. You are mutually looking for each other's center. Once found, you must disrupt your opponent's center and destroy his root, all the while keeping your center hidden and your root strong through correct body movement (especially the waist area) and energetic integrity.

1. *Yang Side Silk Reeling Taiji Symbol Training-Stationary, Forward and Backward. In this level, you must learn and master the Yang Side of Silk Reeling Taiji Symbol training which includes stationary, forward and backward with eyes closed.
2. *Small Rollback, Large Rollback, and Press. In this training, you are mixing the Small Rollback, Large Rollback, and Press techniques while moving. The stepping must be firm and the angles of rollback and press must be accurate.
3. *Moving Peng, Lu, Ji, and An. This is an international "Double Pushing Hands" routine that has been popularly practiced around the world. In this period, a student must learn the moving part.
4. *Centering Training. In this period, you learn not just how to yield and neutralize the incoming force in order to protect your center and root, but you must also learn how to react smoothly and change your defensive position into an advantageous offensive situation.
