Yi Lu Mai Fu can be translated as "The First Way of Ambush." It is a middle level Long Fist sequence which introduces additional kicking techniques. Once you have mastered this sequence, you may say that you have built the foundation for Long Fist. |

Er Lu Mai Fu means "The Second Way of Ambush." This sequence is similar to Yi Lu Mai Fu, and is designed to help the student master its techniques. |

Qi Mei Dui Gun is a White Crane staff-against-staff sequence. It teaches the student how to use the techniques learned from Qi Mei Gun and master them with a partner. This sequence gives an actual feeling of how the staff is used for defense in the White Crane style. |
