6. *Yi Lu Mai Fu (The First Way of Ambush) (Long Fist Barehand).
Yi Lu Mai Fu can be translated as "The First Way of Ambush." It is a middle level Long Fist sequence which introduces additional kicking techniques. Once you have mastered this sequence, you may say that you have built the foundation for Long Fist.

 
 

7. *Er Lu Mai Fu (The Second Way of Ambush) (Long Fist Barehand).
Er Lu Mai Fu means "The Second Way of Ambush." This sequence is similar to Yi Lu Mai Fu, and is designed to help the student master its techniques.

 
 

8. *Qi Mei Dui Gun (Eyebrow Staff Matching Set) (White Crane Staff).
Qi Mei Dui Gun is a White Crane staff-against-staff sequence. It teaches the student how to use the techniques learned from Qi Mei Gun and master them with a partner. This sequence gives an actual feeling of how the staff is used for defense in the White Crane style.
